Haha! This guy us awesome! And ballsy. Is suspect a ride downtown is in his future, though.
Interestingly, there's a prize pot going to the first officer that can snag him for breaking the law (can't remember the source). Plus, doesn't this make it harder to call 911?
Prize pot? I'm thinking that could get him off any charges with a decent lawyer... entrapment or something. Very professional, these cops.
